The location near the main train station was ideal for our travel plans. Comfortable rooms with a spacious layout made our stay enjoyable. However, the sink drainage issue was frustrating, and the lack of a do-not-disturb sign resulted in unexpected interruptions. Additionally, the executive suite felt misleadingly small for a premium room. Overall, while some aspects were satisfactory, there were significant shortcomings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Paris, and our kids loved the live music on Saturdays in the Grand Salon, which added to the lively atmosphere. The staff made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

Stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the location! Right by the Saint-Lazare station, so getting around was super easy. The breakfast was a highlight with tons of options, especially all those jams! Just wish housekeeping was more consistent with the coffee supplies.

I truly enjoyed my stay with a delicious breakfast spread and the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby grand palais just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the city's iconic charm and explore beautiful places like the louvre and the serene banks of the seine river. plus, the spacious grand salon was a perfect spot to unwind after my daily adventures.

Staff was super attentive and friendly.

Excellent breakfast variety and quality.

I was frustrated with the room assignment. Despite reserving a Twin/Double Superior room, we were given a double bed with no flexibility. Arriving at 10 am, we were told there were no other rooms available, which ruined the start of our stay.
