The staff was very helpful and nice.

We were not very satisfied with the facilities of the hotel. The rooms that cost the same amount were of very different quality level. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. Hot water was available not in every room and other trifle faults made this hotel far from being 4 stars.

We had a spacious corner room. The breakfast of a buffet type was good and substantial enough to get you through the day. Good restaurants across the street. Very helpful concierge.

The twin beds that came in our room were not very comfortable to sleep if you appeared in the middle. There was a slight odor of cigarettes in the room.

The hotel is a kind of a compromise between a boutique hotel and a posh one. Its location is ideal for shopping. The interior of the hotel is very nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a whale of them just across the street. On arrival we got an upgraded huge room with a king bed, large bathroom and very spacious closet. The walls were rather thick and it wasn’t noisy. Very helpful staff.

I think, it is a perfect hotel. Its location is very close to the metro station and to good department stores. The staff are very friendly and go out of their ways to make your staying enjoyable. The rooms are clean and very nice.

The room was IMMACULATE and very spacious by European standards and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient and could speak English. There was a great bar in the lobby. The location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. There are a lot of good restaurants very close to the hotel
